While society is arguably more accepting of diverse sexualities these days, figuring out how to define your own personal sexual individuality can still be confusing—especially when you're still trying to make sense of what all these terms mean. Figuring out your sexual orientation might be difficult or take occasion, and that's OK.
If you think you might be bisexual, you might be experiencing a mix of feelings: perhaps confusion, a bit of fear, and maybe, just maybe, a bit of excitement as you're starting to spot this part of yourself. Ahead, we talk about how to know if you may be attracted to both genders and what to undertake next if that may be the case.
What does it mean to be bisexual?

Previous research has established that people can tell, more often than not, whether a man is queer or straight from his voice alone. This ability to identify gay men from their voice has been dubbed “gaydar”—that is, a kind of radar for detecting gayness.

The reason why the voices of gay men tend to be distinct from those of straight men has been widely debated. Since we know that sexual orientation is due to the way that the brain was formed during prenatal development, it may be the case that these brain differences also lead to vocal patterns and behavioral mannerisms that are typically gay.
Other psychologists, though, contend that the “gay voice” comes from social learning. As men interact with the male lover community, they pick up ways of speaking and acting that signal membership in the group. After all, we all absorb to adjust the way we talk and conduct oneself according to the standards of the various groups we belong to.
Whether the gay voice is due to nature or nurture, it’s also the case that gay men no longer have to obscure their identity. This is because society has turn into much more open to homosexuality in the last couple of decades, especially in the West.

How Do You Know If You’re Bisexual?
A quiz can’t tell you if you’re bisexual, and bisexuality looks different for everyone. Instead, try asking yourself these questions. You can opt come out to someone you feel safe with, but only if and when you want to.
Entering your birth date, birth time, and birth metropolis into an astrology website won’t tell you whether you’re bisexual.
Neither will a blood test, nasal swab, or online ask.
The guide below on bisexuality, however, may aid you answer that scrutinize for yourself.
