Camp Rates

All campers must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID is required for each camper upon entry.

Membership Fee

All campers have a $12.00 yearly membership fee.

Day Passes

Not sold until 10:00am or after 5:00pm.
Weekdays (Sun–Thurs) – $20.00, valid until 8:00pm*
Weekends (Fri & Sat) – $20.00, valid until 2:00am*
Yearly Day Pass – $300.00

*If you decide to stand in a nightly accommodation after a day of fun, your rate will be credited toward your nightly stay (depending on availability).

Overnight Reservations

Please consent the office know if special arrangements need to be made for your stay. All reservations necessitate a deposit of 1 night. Holiday/Special Event weekends require a minimum 2 night stay and deposit.
Check In: 1:00pm – 8:00pm on day of arrival.
Check Out: 11:00am on evening of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds obtainable with a 10-day cancellation notice. No shows will be charged for the full amount of stay.

While Mary and Larry Oney, former owners of Liberty Valley Campgrounds near Fitchville, Ohio, are upset with the news that the business they built up is turning into an all-male facility that will cater to gays, the new owners said they just want the chance to run a responsible business, according to the Norwalk Reflector.
“I never would have let them keep that name,” Mary Oney said. “We built that place. It was our dream and now every time I catch that name I cringe.” She and her husband started the campground 13 years ago.
She said she didn’t find out about the new owner’s plans for the campgrounds until after all the legal paperwork was signed.
Oney said they sold the campground because her husband has faced cancer, open heart surgery and a stroke in recent years.
“Obviously we needed to sell because he’s been so sick,” she said. “One bill alone was $519,000 so we had to do something.”
Oney said the fresh owners reneged on an agreement to let their long-term clients remain at the park.
“They had originally told us our seasonal campers could wait here for a year,” Oney said, but campers were asked to detach their recreational vehicles shortly after the sale.

Freedom Valley welcomes it's 14th season in 2021. All male campground situated on 125 acres, most of which is wooded. Amenities include fourteen different rental options (trailers, cabins, and bunkhouse), trailer/RV sites with water and power (50 amp available) and both electric and non-electric tent camping. Day passes are available for those who want to spend a day at the 20 x 40 pool, fish in the 2.5-acre pond or spend the evening at a scheduled event. Additional amenities include a shower house, flush toilets in tenting area, twirl hall, dump station, laundry facilities and free camp-wide Wi-Fi.
